Join us to learn how to make a summer garment that fits your unique and beautiful shape! Geared toward beginning garmentmakers, we’ll cover every aspect of sewing clothes from start to finish – including how to measure, adjust, grade, cut and sew with soft t-shirt knit fabric.
Prerequisites
You need to know sewing basics – like how to thread your machine, wind a bobbin and sew a straight line. We won’t have time to troubleshoot machine issues during class, so please test your machine and make sure it’s in good working order beforehand.
No machine? No problem! The Northfield MN Public Library has them available to check out with your Selco Library card! Let me know if you don’t have a library card.
